Julie Ladle

Julie Ladle was born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania in 1978. She grew up in Utah and received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, in Finance from Brigham Young University in 2000. In May 2006, she received her J.D. from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, where she was a Leary Scholar.

Julie's practice focuses primarily on community association law, including document review, drafting and revisions for condominium and homeowners (HOA, PUD) associations; assessment and other collections, construction defect litigation, real property law, quiet title actions and miscellaneous civil litigation.

Julie served as secretary of the Young Lawyers Division of the Utah State Bar during 2007-08, and is currently a member of the board of the Utah Chapter of the Community Associations Institute.

Julie is licensed to practice law in Utah. Julie recently successfully completed the Maryland Bar examination, and will join that Bar Association at its next swearing-in ceremony.
