Who We Are

Since April 1999, the firm has transitioned from a solo practice to a firm of four attorneys practicing in various areas. Lincoln Hobbs and Margaret Olson became associated through our prior employment with the firm of Winder and Haslam, and have worked together to serve our clients for the last 15 years. 

Amongst the firm, we have expertise in most areas of civil and criminal law, with extensive experience in civil and criminal trials throughout the State of Utah. Our major practice areas include representation of condominium and homeowners associations (HOA's), employment and property disputes, and criminal defense.

 Julie Ladle -- practicing in all areas of civil litigation support, with focused experience in dealing with community associations (condominiums and HOA's, PUD's).

 Lincoln W. Hobbs -- 25 years of experience in civil litigation, with extensive trial and appeal experience in employment, real property, construction defect and business litigation.

Margaret H. Olson -- extensive civil and criminal trial experience, in many practice areas.

Sarah H. Orme -- A magna cum laude graduate of the law school at Indiana University, Indianaopolis, providing support to all of the firm's lawyers, in all of our practice areas.
